9. Service Terms

Hardware Repairs:

  • 30-day warranty on repairs against the same issue
  • Diagnosis fee applies if customer doesn't proceed with repair
  • Devices left for more than 30 days may be disposed of
  • We're not responsible for data loss unless we caused it

Software Development:

  • Payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
  • Project timeline may extend due to client delays
  • Support and maintenance are separate paid services
  • Intellectual property belongs to client upon full payment

IT Support Services:

  • Services are subject to service level agreements
  • Response times guaranteed within agreed timeframes
  • Cancellation requires 30 days notice
  • Emergency support available 24/7 with additional charges

10. Payment Terms

  • Payment methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash, card
  • Invoices are due within stated timeframe
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension

11. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request cancellation of services, subject to the following:

  • For monthly contracts: 30 days written notice required
  • For projects: 50% of quoted amount remains due
  • Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
